Speechless Sundays - Super Bowl Sunday - Cheese Heads vs Steel Pin Heads

Many of you know that I am a die hard Philadelphia Eagles fan... and I grew up loving the Pittsburgh Steelers of the mid 70's... but there is Packer blood flowing in the Belonger family.

My dad was born and raised in Two Rivers, WI, about an hour south of Green Bay, WI. So of course the Green Bay Packers is my dad's favorite team.

In any case, I came over to my parents house in Medford, New Jersey last night to hang out with my nieces and nephews and to watch the game with the family today. To my suprise, there are many cheese heads lurking the Belonger house.... follow me.

As some of you know, my sister & brother-in-law have 6 kids... so I have 3 nieces and 3 nephews.. all great kids....

Here is Joey the night before. For some reaon my cell phone took a blurry picture.

My niece Ava, aka Princess and myself. When I saw her yesterday and said.. "hi Ava", it was... "no.... I am princess."   So okay, I will call you princess for the rest of the weekend..

And yes, I do have a Green Bay hat. For those that know me well, I love hats and have so many...

Who is the best singer and drummer in the world? My Nephew Johnny

My nephew Johnny was in a Christmas concert last evening at St. Mary's of the Lakes school in Medford, New Jersey.

John is the handsome boy in the white shirt and red tie.

Here is Johnny now taking his talents to the drums. Look as he studies his music sheet intensely, getting ready to play those drums.

As I watched him concentrate on when it was his turn during the concert, I realized that John is growing up so quickly, now at the age of 11 1/2.

Not the best of pictures, considering that I was using my cell phone. But this was the ending of the concert. What was unique about this song was that they mentioned small towns/cities all across the world, and each time they mentioned one, a kid would turn on a small candle. 

Overall, Uncle Jeff was very proud of his nephew Johnny... he did an excellent job.
