The Maywood Recreation Department has planned a trip to the Radio City Christmas Spectacular on November 29th, at 5pm !


Seats are located in the Orchestra Section !


A Bus will depart from the MaywoodPool Parking Lot at 3:15pm


Price for show ticket and bus is $60 per person.

Maywood Ave School's "Dusk Summer Concert" This Thursday - July 28th !

The Maywood School District cordially invites you to their summer band community concert entitled "MAS at Dusk"!

The Mooncussers will perform a live concert as part of the Maywood Station Museum Backyard Summer Concert Series Sponsored by Park Ave Acura on the Maywood Station Museum grounds at the Wednesday evening, July 20 Open House. The historic Maywood Station Museum is located at 269 Maywood Avenue, Maywood, NJ. The Museum Open House and concert will run from 7pm to 9pm. An assortment of displays, artifacts and photographs will be on exhibit in the museum.

The Mooncussers are fronted by Steve Liesman, Senior Economics Reporter for the cable financial television channel CNBC. He appears on CNBC's financial news program Squawk Box on weekday mornings from 6 to 9 a.m as well as other CNBC and NBC financial programs throughout the Business Day. Liesman is an award winning journalist, honored with an Emmy Award for his reporting on the U. S. Financial Crisis and a Pulitzer Prize for his reporting on the Russian Financial Crisis.

The band will perform a mix of older and contemporary rock songs. Admission to the museum and concert is free; donations are welcome for the continued preservation of the Maywood Station Museum. In event of rain, the museum will be open but the concert portion of the Museum Open House will be postponed to a later date.

Maywood Vet Participates in "We All Love Our Pets" Program !

The Maywood Veterinary Clinic (located at 125 E.Passaic Street) is pleased to announce their participation in the "We All Love Our Pets" program (WALOP !) It's a program from the local Meals On Wheels Association, which provides home-delivered meal services to people in need.

Containers have been provided for your donations of unused, unopened and unexpired cat and dog food. However, unfortunately, no donations weighing more than 5lbs can be accepted.
