Franklin Lakes Homes For Sale Summary | August 2011 Market Report

Home sales in Franklin Lakes were flat in August. Not by much, but August saw 12 homes sold.

The inventory stayed basically the same, with 175 homes on the market.

The good news, however, is that there are currently 16 homes UNDER CONTRACT and pending sales ! Which should make for increased monthly sales to end the summer !

Franklin Lakes offers a terrific opportunity to live in a wonderful upscale Bergen County suburb, with housing ranging from condominiums to large estates.
