Closter had a slow month of July after building some momentum through the spring. There are still plenty of homes to choose from, so the slow month is somewhat surprising.

The list prices though, have stayed almost identical, which is a good sign that prices are not dropping as much as they are in neighboring towns.

As of 8/16/09, there are 76 residential homes for sale in Closter.
Their prices range from $309,000 to $3,289,000.
